Why buy property when you can buy property counters which owned properties at a 50% discount. Not to forget the properties they owned are at cost so the discount is even greater. Companies like Sing Holdings' balance sheet is easy to read.....no skeletons hiding somewhere but just waiting for value investors to discover....
