If Food Empire can catch up with Super Coffeemix's valuation, then Food Empire would be around 85 cents!

Just compare that with the current prx of 51 cents.

I will wait for 3Q results before deciding if I want to jump in.
1H profit was good, let's see if they sustain the performance into 3Q.
FOOD EMPIRE: Net profit up 25% to US$8.7 m in 1H2012

CPO prices are down sharply = cheaper creamer for Food Empire. What if this is not prolonged benefit? CPO prices could still recover, right?

Food Empire -- from checking around with my friends, this company is markedly less known in Singapore than Super Coffeemix and even Viz Branz.  I think that is why its valuation trails its peers by a marked amount.

Food Empire's 3 key markets are Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan.

These make up a very sizeable population which would enjoy coffee especially during winter and autumn. So pretty good room for growth.

FE has done well and is the No.1 in those markets because it was a pioneer in this product line, as I gather from this Forbes magazine interview with the chairman: His Own Food Empire
