The OSK report has said that management will not dispose off the KTIS shares in 1 pop.
Instead, the shares will be held and disposed periodically. This is an important consideration for long term value investors to take into account. There is big upside and downside risks. I feel the upside is all there.... Hehehe....
The FY13 results to be released will not be great. U are taking out the contribution from the Thai associates from the 4Q. I think the stock may weaken tomorrow for an opportunity to buy in at 31-32 cents.
1-c final dividend proposed.
With KTIS listing in July, the special dividend will be in 2Q of FY14 (ie July-Sept 2013) period. I think it's 1.5 c special div.
King Wan is a small cap gem. Order books are strong. The Thai IPO will strengthen its cash position considerably. I was trying to check the IPO details but little luck (written in Thai). But what i know is that IPO listing in Thailand is hot and price appreciation of first day usually ends up 60 to 90%. In my hunt for high dividend play, King Wan is one of the best find!.
