The wonderful lesson I learn again from Midas is, buy a stock in anticipation of a recovery in its fundamentals if these have been hit temporarily. Midas was hit by a stoppage of govt contracts for hi-speed rail because of no fault of it. this was a major train accident, so rationally contracts would resume after accident investigation is over, things are cleared up. It's about a year already and the high-speed contracts have yet to be rolled out but the govt has said they are coming.

like what analyst at Lim & Tan pointed out yesterday , they had upgraded to a BUY too .
and the stock will break above this resistance level upon their next contract win . and hopefully soon .
