The Board of MTQ Corporation is undergoing quite a bit of change.

"With effect from 1 October 2012, Mr Kuah Kok Kim will relinquish his executive position as Executive Chairman, and be re-designated as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.

"Mr Kuah will continue his involvement in the Bahrain operations as a consultant."

Exciting and uncertain times ahead for MTQ.  The management will have their hands full driving change in Neptune (if takeover is successful) and driving business in Bahrain. Over the next year, the stock could fly .... or it could disappoint, with so much depending on Neptune & B.
