Not sure who will be the crazy guy when the music stopped.... insiders can't be so silly... maybe they know something that the market doesn't know yet?

Insiders can sell for a variety of reasons aside from being CRAZY. For inst, they may need the dough...To my mind, insiders will buy for only 1 reason --- they believe the stock is worth a lot more.

guys, worth considering Nam Cheong. It's going to be appearing on many serious investors radar screen. It is currently trading at 7.1x 2013E P/E, vs. the sector average of 8.1x, and a 2012 P/B of 1.8x against an expected ROE of 25.5%.
