The past purchases of Mr Lee, the CEO, show that he is a happy buyer at 30.5 cents *(minimum). I think can safely assume there is no downside. ONly question is, what will give you the upside? What is the catalyst for this undervalued gem?

[viviene 12-05-2012]:

Every shareholder wants a higher dividend payout -- in the case of Sing Holdings, the higher net profit expected in the coming quarters will probably not lead to a big jump, if any, in the dividend. Reason is, the company has to fund the construction of the new project at Robin site. However, if the management is pro-active in some degree, it should announcce a bonus issue to appease shareholders who have been holding this stock for a long period of time w/o the benefit of capital gain.
Thats nonsense. Sing Holdings has MORE THAN Enough cash on their balance sheets to pay dividends of up to 20cents per share if they wanted to. Their hoarding the cash now to pick capitalise on opportunities that may appear from time to time on the market.

The proceeds and profits from Laurels will be paid out. Construction of the Robin site can be finance by bank loans and rental receipts from the lease of their industrial units in biztech.

gempicker: U seem sure that "the proceeds & profits from Laurels will be paid out."

When do you think it will happen?
