Net loss of S$8.4 million from continuing operations for FY11. Yet to turn the corner.
The good news is on the dividend front. San Teh paying 1 cent as final div, up from 0.8 cent for FY10.

Don't forget they have just paid 30 cent special div in Jan 2012... A lot of cash coming back to minorities *(and of course the subst shareholders)

They might just delist the company since they have so much money from the 30cents payout dividend. Then get to keep all the cash in the company. Bear in mind the piece of land they have let to develope.

denjong : I agree! They have shown confidence in the company by buybacks and giving dividends. Would you be going to the AGM? Can try to find out their plans for the land in China and the valuation.

I guess that the chairman and spouse do see fantastic value in the company. So the share buyback continues. This month the company bought back 396,000 shares after announcing 1Q results. It was loss-making -- which makes it all the more interesting that the company is indicating that there is good value in the stock. Do your own research, hor
