Gallant Venture reported a loss of $0.6m for 3Q11, a reversal from the $8.1m profit in 3Q10 due to markedly lower land sales recognition. Revenue fell by 29.6% YoY on reduced electricity demand from the industrial parks, in addition to lower land sales recognition. We reduce our forecast earnings for FY11-13 after extending our assumed recognition schedule for land sales. Our target price accordingly falls to $0.49. Maintain BUY.
