Price Adjustment for Waste Handling Fee at Huian Plant
The Board of Directors of C&G Environmental Protection Holdings Limited (“C&G” or the “Group”) is pleased to announce that the Group has obtained a formal approval from the Huian municipal authority on 26 October 2013 for a 16% increase in waste handling fee for its operating waste-to-energy (“WTE”) plant in Huian, Fujian Province with effect from 1 August 2013 retrospectively.
The upward adjustment of the waste handling fee for Huian project is expected to have a positive impact on C&G’s operating WTE revenue.
