Is the listing of subsidiary happening soon?

Lian Beng Group said it has established a new subsidiary,   Sin Lian, as part of its plans to list its engineering and concrete business on the Taiwan stock exchange.

The IPO will mean more cash coming into Lian Beng = special dividend?

the profit is expected to be 20% better than that of last year, giving NAV of 44 cent per share. it is real cheap

its share price does not change much over the past 12 months. it is norm in this industry
