The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Board of Directors has given its preliminary approval for the Company to undertake the following acquisitions:
(1) MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH SHENZHEN QUANLI LEATHER CO. LTD. AND QUANLI (HONG KONG) LEATHER COMPANY
The Company has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Shenzhen Quanli Leather Co. Ltd. (“Quanli SZ”) and Quanli (Hong Kong) Leather Company (“Quanli HK”) to outline the interests and intent of the Company to acquire the entire businesses and assets of Quanli SZ and Quanli HK prior to the parties entering into a definitive agreement.
Quanli SZ is a company based in Shenzhen, China and is in the business of manufacturing leather accessories for mobile phones and laptops and Quanli HK is a company based in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China with its main business in the distribution of the final products manufactured by Quanli SZ.
(2) MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH PIXIO SDN. BHD.
The Company has also entered into a memorandum of understanding with Pixio Sdn. Bhd. (“Pixio”) to acquire the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Pixio.
Pixio is a company incorporated in Malaysia and in the business of providing design solutions for and digital printing of Out Of Home advertisements.
(hereinafter, collectively referred to as the “Proposed Acquisitions”)
The Company believes that the Proposed Acquisitions will provide a good opportunity for the Company to expand and diversify its core businesses and operations, and to contribute towards a steady and consistent income growth for the Company in the long term.

Bad News ?? Kevin Wong former CEO of keppel land is selling.
He has reduced his stake from 9.22 to 4.97. Price stuck at 1.9-2.0.
Will he continue to sell?

Any idea whether Kevin is an executive director?
if not, then it may not be that bad.
The stock had not moved during the past few days. Laggard.
Should move in the coming days. That's my gut feeling.
Hoping for some goods news to out from MYNMMAR.

Nope. I think he is just a substantial shareholder.

Let just monitor and see if he continue to sell.
Even if it does, I think the focus is on whether the company can come up with something big in MYNMMAR.

As for the leather business, it is good for them to branch out.
