Liquidity is pretty low but the price (84c) is attractive compared to nearly $1 early part of the year

The Edge this week has an article on CSE, and raised the high possibility of a special dividend of 4 cents this FY

Interim dividend is 1.5 cents a share.

On track for 7% yield (est by DBS V) for the full year.....

CSE + 2 cents = 87.5 cents.

Similar to an uptick of orders in 2H11, we expect a surge in order momentum with
significant contracts from a telecoms job in West Africa, deepwater
contracts from the US, and furnace jobs from China. We expect S$550m
in orders for FY12.
