I agree Cacola has potential.
Shareholders should write in (before Q4 results) to the board and request for a dividend. Even 0.1c per share of dividend will do wonders for the stock price.
Will Cacola go private too now that Passion Holdings has just annoucned it is being taken private?
These 2 are more or less in the same industry.
Passion is in the furniture and home decor business. Passion’s products = rattan-wood series, bamboo-wood series, MDF series, wood series and iron series. Its products, such as wooden photo and picture frames, small rattan-wood furniture, and other decorative objects, can be widely used as decorations, interior designs or home furnishings.
If Cacola ever gets privatised, will the exit offer ever be reasonable? I mean the bloody stock price is only 5 cents but the cash is 10 cents and the NTA is 20 cents.
How will they price the offer? Above cash? Below NTA?
The board & management got a big scolding from shareholders at AGM at Roxy hotel on Saturday. Why no dividend when you have net cash of 10 cents a share? The business is not going to grow leaps & bounds -- so why not just give some cash to the shareholders? everyone is waiting to see if the management will act in a more shareholder - friendly manner in the upcoming results.
Cacola is up as much as 1.5 cents this morning on heavy volume. At this time, it is up 22%, or 1 cent, at 5.5ct. Vol is 2.5 m shares. Expecting something positive from the management soon?
