GRAND mother of all crisis since the \'30 depression.... Well I\'m not really that pessimistic but it will be bad especially next year for SGX and property market. Recovery will be insight by the 2nd half of \'09 and from then on we will probably see another decade of sustainable boom. There is always sunshine even after the worst storm!
