My stake is in Perennial CRT which is trading at discount to NTA and RNAV and giving 7 - 9% yield from now till 2014. Managed by ex senior executive of Capitial Mall and partially owned by Kuok Family....

Jim Rogers is a trailblazer and predicted China will be an economic juggernaut two decades ago.  Don’t know what China investments he is holding, maybe properties or large cap SOE listed in HK etc?  Bet he never bought any S-Chips?  Anyway, the self-made rich tend to spread their risks so that even if they lose badly in an investment, they still have plenty left to maintain their jet-setting lifestyle.

Breakout already?

What breakout? 2K lots done yesterday was less than $200K. Maybe the fund managers and analysts who went to their Hangzhou trade fair were buying?

Break 9c soon..... Rebound from about 7.7c to 9c. Very bullish trend.
