Different people with different interests will tell you different things. You will have to make your own judgement.
At current price, it is trading at 2.3x FY2014 earnings, 0.67x book. Is the market waiting for the final nail in the coffin?
the ratios don't mean a thing if numbers are fudged.
only way to find out is to check with 7/11 guys who stock shelves in HK at branches with high foot traffic. If the feedback is they hardly have to restock the loquat juice then this will be another Chinese Con Job.

Yeah, I agree. Market is assuming it is another fraud case and pricing it acordingly. It can't be at this price just because of the non-cash charges of the CBs and longer account receivable days for 4Q2014. Not forgetting the incorporation of Garden Fresh subsidiaries in Cayman Islands and HK just a few weeks ago. All these seems to be no longer taken into account at this price.
On a side note:
I've checked the 2012 and 2013 list of Guangdong's 500 largest manufacturing company and compared the revenue of the companies above / below 深圳振鹏达 against the company's reported revenue for canned vegetables and fruits (which is what 深圳振鹏达 is producing). The revenue is as it should be according to the ranking. Although that does not neccessarily mean there is nothing wrong with the beverage segment.
Syndicates at play? Joined by more & more retail investors who are emboldened by the downtrend in the share price? Anecdotal evidence suggests this is the case. But when the music stops .... the price chart will look very different. I have V in mind. Or maybe U. Wish me luck.
