Before his appointment in the company, he was Managing Director (South East Asia, Sales & Services) of GXS Inc from January 2004 to May 2009 and Chief Executive Officer of EC1 Pte Ltd from January 1999 to January 2004.

This one no problem. The SGX announcement said the former director had admitted that the omission was an error on his part. So not Healhway's fault.

Could be a rumour. But the idea makes sense as Pacific and Healthway can achieve synergy. In fact it would even be better if they also merge with dental group Q&M. this way their clinics can all offer dental and gp services together thus saving costs.
