In HK, Techcomp closed at HKD4.36. Much higher than the HK$4.107 investors can get thru the takeover offers. Strange things happen on HKSE. ?

HKers possibly expecting Lo Yat Keung to raise the offer for the manufacturing business.
Seems cheap considering the brands (Froilabo, Presica etc) are in this part of the business.

Nice to be able to exit at sgd 68.5 cents! In HK, Techcomp didn't move as much, closing at HK$3.94. What could the SG investors be thinking or hoping?
