The market cap of 50m are nearly supported by cash of around 40m. With Dr Goh Jin Hian (son of EM Goh Chok Tong) coming on board as Executive Director, more exciting venture could be in the pipeline. This could be the multibaggar that all investors are looking for. Technically, most indicators look positive and ready to break 0.005 soon.

I don't know where you got your figures from, but from the financial statement the group had posted for the period ended 31 Mar 2015, its cash position was only $12.8m (consisting of FD $3.4m and cash & bank balances of $9.4m).
Your calculation model is too simplistic. "Cash" in accounting term means strictly cash on hand, bank balances and FD; and, more loosely, to include also other quick assets such as certificates of deposits, government securities, etc (assets that can be quickly turned into cash in the secondary market). Receivables are part of current assets - they are not cash. Furthermore, on the current liability side, there are also payables, and when you less off these payables against receivables you may end up with a net payable position. Also, the cash position of a company is not a good indicator of its reserve strength because it may have bank loans and liabilities outstanding . What is of significance is whether it has a net cash position after netting off all its bank loans and liability.
