Blumont Group Ltd. has, on 24 December 2013, entered into a facility agreement with Wintercrest Advisors LLC under which Wintercrest shall make available a loan facility of up to US$30,000,000 in principal amount to the Company on the terms and conditions of the Facility Agreement. The Company intends to utilise the Facility for investments and working capital. The loans drawn under the Facility shall be repaid in full on the date falling 6 months from the date of the first drawdown. Interest at the rate of 10% per annum is chargeable on the principal amount borrowed from the Lender under the Facility and is payable monthly...
