Anyone here holding jasper investments?
Heard they secured 100 days drilling contract for Explorer. Drilling of two firm wells excluding any testing. Location is West Africa, Replubic of Congo. Estimated value of contract, including mobilization and demobilization fee is US$33 million. Jasper new CEO is from Fincantieri group in Italy that bought STX OSV..wow. How did they manage to get an experienced guy for a small outfit.

I won't be too optimistic on this counter. The last job was roughly 1 year ago and since then, no job.
Luckily, the management had the foresight to construct a new rig and sold off the right for a profit during the year. Otherwise, it is ZERO earning.
Pretty small in size. only2 rigs and 1 is converting to become a FSPO.
Good thing it has a minority holder in KEPPEL. Anytime when it need rig, it can get connection from Keppel group.
New CEO working only on part-time basis but seems to be a good bargain. Look how the job come in only after the CEO comes onboard.
In the meantime, continue to monitor the counter.
