Dear 'Question', I am not MacGyer but my suggestion to him is to buy Hiap Hoe Limited (63 cents).
Why? Its RNAV is around S$1.20, so this is a real discount to true value. Its 2 hotels are opening soon in Balestier.

Watch out shipping company Rickmers - well managed, high dividend yield.

I assume your average price around $1.20-$1.30. Your target price should be around $1.70?
