Safer China Play => Perennial CRT

I read about posting on investors getting burned by following the china play....and all the S-Chips will promising story line that failed and would like to share a little more about my personal investment strategy.
For china play, my own personal investment will be in PerennialCRT. Why?
1) it is managed and own by reputable player. ex-Capitalland senior executive and kuok family.
2) it is trading at discount to NTA and significant to RNAV.
3) Annual Dividend yield of 7 to 9% from now till 2014.
4) Insider have been buying and apparently support come in around 0.47 - 0.475. Price that Kuok buy in about $0.45 level.
