Overcoming the fear of loss

If you expect to hear only good thing , you will most likely be dissapointed.
Try to expect the worse everyday when you wake up, then you will feel good?
Go and try it out, it work.
Expect and ready and be prepare for the worse, then you feel good.
It is ok to be anti-cheongwee. You are alright to do so,
I will feel good, If I hear only good thing, do you really want me to believe you that i am good, I am skeptical, nothing is perfect and all are impermenant. I am one a great sinner.

But losing is part of life.
Everyone will loss in the end. Billionaire, millionaire, pauper, or what.
When Holy man said all thing are equal, u said he bluff.

Today mkt down, mass psychology, because the dow have been up 3 days. so ppl think it is very likely to be down tonite.
and this mass psychology will move the mkt as expected, which way? most lilely down , of course.
but the bull trend is still in tact.

for me, it could be more than 3 mth, it could by tomorrow cut loss, if Greece declare bankrupt tomorrow. or any counter hit my stop, that is.
