Sleepy stock trading at 50 cents versus a NAV of $1.12.
The NAV is substantially below the true revalued NAV.
My friend emailed the other day to ask if there will be any possible catalyst to wake this stock up. Hoping some expert out there can share his views.
BusinessTimes this morning: Upper Paya Lebar Industrial Building going for $32m ($513 psf).
Based on $510 psf, LTC's industrial buildings alone would be worth $1/share. Hopefully something can be done to unlock the value soon..
It will take an undefined period of time before the market falls in luv with LTC. It's too low profile, the mgt doesn't care about telling the world its investment merits. Like that, no matter how high its real estate is worth, the stock can't climb fast enough and high enough to be within shouting distance of its intrinsic value. Stuck at 60 cents.
