SHARES OF Trek 2000 have soared 150% (from 20 cents to 50 cents) since the start of the year, propelled primarily by the impending commercialisation of its invention, the FluCard.

The FluCard is on track for worldwide adoption, as it will be incorporated into millions of digital cameras to be produced by major Japanese brands from January next year.

As part of its efforts to bolster the investment community's appreciation of its business, Trek is pleased to invite you to a presentation on the FluCard and on its overall business on Saturday, Oct 2, at its HQ in Loyang Way.

If you wish to go, kindly email your name and mobile number as soon as possible to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

There is no fee to pay for this event organised by NextInsight. Just bring a healthy dose of curiosity about Trek's business and an enthusiasm for understanding it.

Trek is the only business of its kind among Singapore-listed companies – and it’s world class. After all, it owns more than 600 patents, and counting.

And Trek was named by Forbes Global as one of the Best Small Companies in the World for 2000 and 2002. The best is yet to come, according to the people at Trek.

OK, here's what you can expect on Oct 2:
